Achin is a Chartered accountant and DISA qualified from ICAI, Registered Valuer for Securities or Financial Assets from Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India and commerce graduate - B.com (H) from Delhi University, with excellent academic record and rich experience of 18 years in the field of Auditing & Assurance, Finance & Accounts, Tax & Regulatory compliances, Budgeting & Treasury Management and Business Analysis including MIS reporting.

In terms of service experience, Achin was associated with companies like Titan Industries limited, Grant Thornton India, HCL Infosystems Limited, Orange Business services, Wendy's India and has a working knowledge of various ERPs systems like SAP, Oracle and Tally. During Service Tenure, He has also served clients in different domains like Bharti Airtel Limited, SpiceJet Limited, Cray SuperComputers, SmartTrust Infosolutions (Now merged with G&D, Germany), Sobieski beverages, Cinepolis India, etc.

He has now set up a Chartered Accountant's firm in the name of Achin Jain & Co. in Delhi to provide services in various fields to the clients.

Gunjan Jain
Senior Associate

Gunjan is a qualified Chartered accountant, CPA from United States and Law graduate with considerable expertise in the field of Taxation. She did her graduation, B.com (H) from Delhi University and Certification course on International Taxation.

She carries 16 years of great experience in the field of taxation and was associated with leading Audit & tax firms like BDO Consulting, S.S Kothari, V. Shankar Iyer, Coinmen consultants, etc. During her service tenure, she served clients like Emaar MGF (group), Avalon resorts, Hyaat Regency, DLF Ltd, Late Mr. APJ Abdul Kalam, Mr. Yuvraj Singh, etc.

Aman Kesarwani
Company Secretary

An associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Law Graduate and a B. Com graduate from the university of Allahabad.

Aman has good experience in providing services which includes setting up of legal entities in India, Secretarial Audit, Merger and Amalgamation, XBRL conversion, and other compliances of routine and event-based nature. Experience includes Advisory on FEMA and FDI Policy related matter in India.

Nitin Goyal
Chartered Accountant

B.com (H), Chartered Accountant & DISA qualified, LLB - 18+ Years of Experience.

Earlier associated with companies like HCL, Chicago Bridge & Iron and Amazon Web Services, Deloitte.

Expert in tax planning, transaction structuring and negotiation, tax litigation & controversies, tax due diligence, tax compliance for business entities, monetization of export Incentives, Tax planning and compliance for expatriate employees. He has advised clients in various sectors including Education, Heave Machinery, Services Sector, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, IT sector, Telecommunication, Power, Defence, Airlines, and banking.

Richa Jain - Associate

Richa is an MBA (Finance) with good experience in the field of financial services and HR solutions. Prior to Joining hands with Achin Jain & Co, she was associated with chartered accountant firms and was leading the Accounting Advisory team. Having great experience in Accounting advisory she handled clients including corporate, individuals and firms.

Being MBA (finance) she is great contributor to strategic work including business planning, Analysis, etc.
